Encompass + FillRight questions

Does FillRight work with Encompass 360 and Encompass Web?

Yes. FillRight works on both Encompass 360 (desktop web client) and the newer Encompass Web interface. It detects the loan data fields on both platforms using the same pattern matching engine.

Does ICE Mortgage Technology approve of this?

FillRight is a Chrome extension that reads data displayed on screen — it does not connect to the Encompass API, does not access the ICE Developer Connect platform, and does not modify any Encompass data. It operates the same way a loan officer would: by reading visible information and typing it elsewhere.

Will this work if my Encompass is hosted on a company server?

Yes, as long as you access Encompass through Chrome. FillRight operates as a browser extension and does not require any network-level access to your firm's infrastructure.

Is my Encompass data secure?

All captured data is encrypted with AES-256-GCM and stored only in your browser's local storage — never transmitted to FillRight servers. Data auto-clears after 30 minutes. FillRight cannot read your Encompass data unless you explicitly click Capture.
