Capture borrower data from your LOS and auto-fill lender portals in seconds. Save 2+ hours per loan.
"I was spending 45 minutes per lender submission just on data entry. FillRight cut that down to under 2 minutes. On a busy week I'm saving 6+ hours."
"The compliance team asked if this was allowed. I showed them the audit log — every fill timestamped and traceable. They approved it same day."
"Rate shopping 8 portals used to take my whole morning. Now I capture once in Encompass and I'm done in 15 minutes. The rate comparison dashboard is a bonus."
Manually copying borrower data from Encompass to each lender portal. Name, SSN, address, income — field by field.
One wrong digit in an SSN or transposed income figure means resubmission, delays, and lost rate locks.
Shopping rates across multiple lenders means doing the same data entry 5, 6, 8 times for a single borrower.
Open your LOS with borrower data loaded. Click the FillRight icon and hit "Capture." All fields detected automatically.
Go to any lender portal — Wells Fargo, Rocket, Chase, UWM, or any of 20+ supported sites.
Click "Auto-Fill" and watch every field populate instantly. Smart matching handles different field names across portals.
Everything you need to eliminate manual data entry and close loans faster.
Works across 20+ lender portals and 5 LOS systems. Detects fields by name, label, ID, and context.
AES-256-GCM encryption. Data stays in your browser — never sent to any server. Auto-clears after 30 minutes.
Open 5 lender tabs, click "Fill All," and every portal gets populated. Rate shop in minutes, not hours.
Import Fannie Mae 3.2 (.fnm) and MISMO XML files directly. Skip capture when you have file exports.
Side-by-side dashboard comparing rates, APR, points, and total cost across lenders.
Broker admin dashboard for managing your LOs. Push lender mappings, track usage, and manage seats.
FillRight pays for itself in 48 hours. At $29/mo, saving 2+ hours per loan at $100/hr means $1,500+ back in your pocket every month.

Absolutely. All data is encrypted with AES-256-GCM and stored only in your browser's local storage. It never touches our servers. Data auto-clears after 30 minutes of inactivity, and you can manually wipe it anytime.

Yes. While we have optimized detection for 20+ specific portals, the generic field detection works on any website with standard form fields.
No. FillRight is a Chrome extension. Install it from the Chrome Web Store, pin it to your toolbar, and you're ready to go in 30 seconds.
Yes. FillRight includes a built-in compliance audit trail that logs every auto-fill operation with a timestamp — without ever recording the actual field values. This gives you a defensible record of what was populated and when, exportable as CSV for your compliance files.
FillRight does not originate, modify, or transmit loan data. It reads data already in your LOS and populates fields in a lender portal — the same action a loan officer would take manually. This keeps it outside the scope of RESPA Section 8 fee-splitting concerns and consistent with TRID disclosure workflows.
No additional liability is created beyond what exists when a loan officer manually enters data. FillRight automates the keystroke, not the decision. The loan officer initiates every capture and fill action — the extension never operates autonomously or in the background.
The audit trail actually reduces exposure: you have a timestamped log of every fill operation that can be produced in the event of a compliance review.
FillRight does not collect electronic signatures and does not access credit reports, so neither the E-Sign Act nor the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) governs its use directly. The extension populates form fields from data the loan officer has already lawfully collected — it does not independently pull, store, or transmit any consumer report data.
If your workflow involves e-signatures or credit data downstream (as most mortgage workflows do), those obligations belong to your LOS and lender portal, not to FillRight.
