I'm a developer with a network of loan officers. I kept hearing the same story — same borrower data, five lender portals, forty-five minutes of retyping. Every time. On every loan.

The mortgage industry has powerful software on both ends: LOS platforms hold all the borrower data, lender portals need all the borrower data. But nothing bridges them. Loan officers are the bridge — manually, every single time.
